Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information our games collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to Pedal Eats and every other game published by BB Games.

Effective date: September 20, 2026

The short version

Information we collect

Information you provide

In Pedal Eats you can type a rider name. It is stored on your device with your save file and is not sent to us. If you contact us through our support page, we receive the email address and message you send so we can reply.

Information collected automatically

Our games do not contain analytics or crash-reporting services operated by us. The only automatic collection happens inside the third-party services described below.

Advertising

Our games include optional rewarded video ads — for example, watching an ad to continue a shift in Pedal Eats. Ads are served by Google AdMob (Google LLC). To show and measure ads, AdMob may collect:

Google's use of this information is described in the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Your choices. When the game first wants to show an ad, iOS asks whether to allow tracking. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, ads are still shown but are not personalised. You can change this at any time under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and you can reset or limit the advertising identifier under Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.

In-app purchases

Purchases such as in-game cash packs and shift continues are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Apple processes your payment and keeps your purchase history; we receive only a confirmation that the purchase completed so the game can deliver what you bought. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

Game Center

Leaderboards use Apple Game Center. If you're signed in to Game Center on your device, your scores are submitted to Apple along with your Game Center player identifier and displayed under your Game Center nickname. Game Center is operated by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. You can sign out under Settings → Game Center.

Data stored on your device

Your progress — deliveries, level, cash, unlocked bikes and outfits, settings and the state of a shift in progress — is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app deletes this data. We have no copy and cannot restore it.

Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers named above (Apple and Google), for the purposes described, under their own privacy policies.

Security and retention

Support messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request. We hold no other personal data about you.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. Because we hold almost none, most of these are exercised directly on your device (delete the app) or with Apple and Google through the settings above. For anything else, contact us via our support page.

Changes to this policy

If we change how our games handle information — for example by adding a new service — we will update this page and the effective date above.
