My progress disappeared
Your save lives on your device. Deleting the app deletes the save, and it cannot be recovered. Updating the app keeps it.
I closed the app mid-shift
A live shift is kept for 20 minutes, and your place in a run (with its overtime bonus) for 2 hours after you last played. After that the run ends and the next shift starts fresh.
A purchase didn't show up
Purchases are handled by Apple. Check Settings → Apple Account → Media & Purchases → Purchase History. If you were charged and the item never arrived, send us the order date below and we'll sort it out.
Leaderboards are empty
Leaderboards use Game Center. Sign in under Settings → Game Center on your iPhone and they'll fill in on your next shift.
